Your role
The Telecom Service Assurance principal consultant will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of service assurance solutions across telecom environments, with a strong focus on OSS/BSS platforms. The role involves driving transformation initiatives, managing critical service operations, and ensuring seamless integration across systems to improve service reliability and customer experience.
This role requires deep expertise across service management platforms, telecom assurance processes, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and client engagements.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and support of Telecom Service Assurance Management solutions on related domains.
  • Own end-to-end service assurance for telecom services across network, applications, and infrastructure layers, ensure adherence to SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs for service availability, performance, and customer experience
  • Lead Discovery implementations, including; MID Server configuration & Discovery patterns and reconciliation (IRE)s
  • Act as the primary point of contact for service assurance with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with contractual commitments and quality standards

Required
  • At least 12 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • Proven experience in Service Assurance / Production Support and Telecom domain.
  • Strong understanding of OSS/BSS systems, Service Lifecycle Management, and telecom network architecture.
  • Experience in telecom transformation programs (service assurance & fulfillment, NetCo/ServeCo, ISP onboarding, etc.)
  • Experience in multi-platform environments (BMC Remedy, Helix)
  • Expertise in SLA management and operational governance
  • Experience in managing critical incidents and escalation handling
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience in: Discovery, CMDB, service mapping
  • Customer experience and service assurance platforms
  • Network & service provisioning
  • Billing and mediation systems
