- Skills /Competencies:
- Essential Skills:
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline
- 4–8 years of experience in Hexagon EDMS application or Engineering Data Management systems.
- Strong experience in Application Support – incident management, service requests, problem & change management (ITIL)
- Hands-on experience in system configuration, administration, and deployment of EDMS applications.
- Experience in integration & interface management across multiple systems (APIs, middleware, data exchange)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to handle critical production incidents and minimize downtime.
- Good understanding of SQL / database querying (Oracle / SQL Server) for issue analysis and data validation.
- Knowledge of infrastructure, networking basics, and system environments (Windows, IIS).
- Preferred Skills
- Experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Engineering domain and plant lifecycle data management.
- Exposure to Hexagon tools such as SPF, SP3D, SPID or related engineering applications
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) and monitoring tools
- Exposure to API integrations data migration, and enterprise integration platforms.
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell / Python / VBScript) for automation and troubleshooting
- Understanding of web technologies (IIS, .NET basics) and middleware components
- Additional Skills:
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage change activities, user training, and documentation.
- Continuous improvement mindset with focus on optimization and operational efficiency.
