Salary: 100,975 -120,433 AUD Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:
Well versed with the application deployment and configuration baselines and understanding of how the application environment operates in a secure environment and how exceptions are handled during operations.
Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to continuously improve the monitoring, management, and reliability of the service.
Define the architecture and design elements for the implementation of ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, ITOM, CMDB & Discovery modules (including design data/object models, technical workflow diagrams, access control models, etc.).
Understand the business requirement and define & document epics, user stories, create UI mock-ups and having a roll-up the sleeves approach to make things happen
Facilitate service now training and support team on complex system configuration
You will be responsible for end-to-end application design, workflow configurations, and customizations.
Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints, and technological realities.
Responsible for sprint demos internally, delivery of additional development artifacts and documentation, and knowledge transfer activities as required
Work collaboratively with ServiceNow team and business stakeholders to monitor for scope creep and resolve critical path technical issues and challenges
Provide mentorship to developers and platform engineers on technical design standards and best practices.
Relevant ServiceNow experience (Preferred CSM, ITSM, ITOM and CMDB)
Hands-on experience in configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, complex workflows, and solution migration to higher environment.
Proficiency with Angular JS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, and HTML5
Hands on experience in creating Catalog items, Record Producers, Order Guides, flows, Schedule jobs, fix scripts.
Well versed with various ServiceNow products & platform capabilities.
Hands-on experience on at least two service now modules or Use cases (Discovery Configuration/Maintenance, Service Mapping config/Maintenance, Event Management operate / maintain, ITSM/ITSM Pro, ITOM, CMDB etc.)
Hands-on, practical experience with the implementation, operation, and maintenance of one or more major CMDB products recommended
Have a broad knowledge of asset/CI discovery tools, both agent-based and agentless
Automate administrative & operational, CMDB/Discovery tasks, MID Server administration
Experience in implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow, SOAP, REST, and integrations with external system using connectors would be given more preference.
Experience in defining epics, user stories, create UI mock-ups and having a roll-up the sleeves approach to make things happen
Excellent documentation and presentation, verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with teams across geographical locations
Creates business and technical design specifications for implementation of the ServiceNow Platform
Must have delivered more than 2- 3 projects from scratch/requirement gathering to till go-live
Good knowledge and experience on Subscription Management and license Management, Mid server setup.
Hands on experience in handling ServiceNow Clone and Upgrade Activities.
Good Knowledge in Managing CMDB health by monitoring, Discovery schedules, data loads, Integrations.
Plan and track all activities related to Service now family upgrade.
Required Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM
Education, Certifications And/or Experience Qualifications
Working on the ServiceNow platform preferably in global implementation projects
Degree or equivalent, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology
Working knowledge of ITSM and ITOM.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping certification
