In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
⦁ Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
⦁ Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
⦁ Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
⦁ Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
⦁ Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
⦁ Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
⦁ Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

Competencias y experiencia requeridas

• Hands on experience in Pytorch, Tensorflow, Python, Large Language Models, GenAI, Vertex ai
• Good understanding of Data Visualization Tools, Deep Learning, Data Science
• Proficiency with Cloud Platforms Google Cloud, Big Query, Dataflow
• Good hands-on experience in SQL. Basic understanding of data warehouse architecture
• Understanding of various Analytical Tools, Platform & Frameworks including Cloud platform GenAI, Hadoop and PYSPARK.
• Strong architecture, data presentation skills.

Anchoring Client relationships and mining accounts with domain-deep solutions would be a key aspect of this role. The candidate will also play a significant role in refining our proactive and services for the Telecom Sector. The candidates should have prior relevant work experience, excel in ambiguous situations, and possess a passion for helping companies become more competitive. • Develop LangGraph based Agentic Framework implementation
• Use Large Language Models for content generation
• Create Prompt templates for LLMs
• Fluent in Python, Jupyter Notebooks
• Experience in RAG pipelines / Vector Databases
• Develop Python bases parsers for PDFs

Functional/Process knowledge- Shows the basic understanding of processes in relevant functional areas specially in telecom domain

Analytical ability- Looks at data from multiple sources and integrates data/inputs in a manner to build cause effect linkages to arrive at key issues. Uses understanding of the problem to arrive at multiple solution alternatives keeping in mind the various stakeholders and assess the pros and cons of all the alternatives to arrive at the optimal solution
Business acumen- Understands the linkages of metrics to key business drivers and aligns team efforts to deliver on it. Demonstrates basic understanding of financial parameters and is aware of financial impact of activities and decisions taken by him/her and team.
High Impact Communication- Assesses the target audience need, prepares and practices a logical flow, answers audience questions appropriately and sticks to timeline.
