In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
⦁ Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
⦁ Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
⦁ Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
⦁ Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
⦁ Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

⦁ The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation

Competencias y experiencia requeridas

Infosys is seeking Oracle HCM Redwood Functional Consultant with implementation and application support experience. The position’s primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and be responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Redwood in Agile mode. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions on implementing and configuring Core HR, ORC, talent and compensation management with end to end ownership of Oracle Cloud HR modules – requirement gathering, configuring, testing, UAT and production deployments.

• Hands on experience in working on Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Experience in driving strategic discussion with business users on business process functional areas of HCM and Redwood.
• Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.

Competencias y experiencia deseadas

• Experience on Redwood architecture and Visual Builder.
• Work experience in implementing and configuring Core HR, ORC, Talent and compensation management.
• End to end ownership of Oracle Cloud HR modules – requirement gathering, configuring, testing, UAT and production deployment.
• Experience with security, AutoComplete Rules, approval workflow, and working knowledge on HDL, extracts and reports.
• Experience with solution design, POC, and troubleshooting issues.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
