Competencias y experiencia requeridas
Infosys is seeking an Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS) Solution Architect with hands-on experience in Oracle Retail Cloud technologies and a proven track record of leading large-scale retail transformation programs. The position will be responsible for end-to-end MFCS solution architecture - covering business process consulting, fit gap and CRPs, design of extensions and integrations (RICS), data migration (RMS/legacy to MFCS), and delivery governance through cutover and transition. The selected candidate will collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders to translate core merchandising processes (items/packs, suppliers, POs, deals/cost, pricing, inventory, allocations/transfers) into scalable, secure cloud solutions, while mentoring onshore/offshore teams and driving quality, reconciliation, and sign-offs.
• 3+ full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Retail Cloud applications.
• Experience owning MFCS solution architecture, including requirement gathering, fit–gap, CRP facilitation, and solution design with L1/L2/L3 process flows.
• Knowledge of MFCS data model (items, suppliers, POs, deals/costs/pricing, inventory, reference data) and functional configuration.
• Hands-on experience designing extensions, integrations (RICS), and data migration strategies (RMS → MFCS / legacy → MFCS) with robust data quality and reconciliation.
• Ability to lead UAT, drive defect resolution, and orchestrate cutover and transition to steady state.
Competencias y experiencia deseadas
• Experience with RMS to MFCS migrations, brownfield coexistence models, and parallel run/reconciliation approaches.
• Working knowledge of Azure Integration Services / API Gateways; exposure to microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and service mesh (Istio).
• Understanding of RICS, ReSA Cloud Service, RPMCS, RPIMCS, and Retail Data Store (RDS).
• Experience delivering programs that include Oracle ERP (Finance) alongside Oracle Retail Merchandising.
• Demonstrated leadership in multi-vendor, distributed teams; ability to run architecture reviews, design councils, risk assessments, and CAB processes.
• Documentation skills with creation of runbooks/operational playbooks, handover artifacts, and support transition plans.
• Retail domain certifications and/or Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe) are a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex architecture to business, functional, and engineering stakeholders and operate effectively in a global delivery environment.
Requisitos adicionales obligatorios
