Infosys is seeking a Senior Practice Client Partner for its Engineering Services practice. The Senior Practice Client Partner is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The Senior Practice Client Partner works together with their manager (Group Practice Client Partner) to build portfolio & accounts plans and is responsible for client management based on the account plan.

Role Description:

  • Manage client relationships, build a portfolio, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets for Engineering Services.
  • Partner with Infosys Client Managers, Relationship Managers, Sales Professionals, and Consulting staff to generate new leads for the purpose of generating qualified ‘sourced’ opportunities in which you will drive all pre-sales activities
  • Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client
  • Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price models/decisions, etc.
  • Create and Lead Pro-active Large Deals in the portfolio across capability areas supported by engineering services
  • Lead RFP/ RFI responses, Solution Positioning and Commercial Proposal development
  • Effective Storyteller in positioning our capabilities and client successes in succinct and interesting stories to the clients; hands-on in developing and delivering these unique messages to key stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
  • Track record of interacting with and building relationship with C-level client contacts
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of industry specific go-to-market solutions and partner solutions
  • Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers
  • Global Delivery Model experience
  • Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams

Estimated annual salary for this role will be $128,000 to $250,000
