Role Description:

Infosys Australia is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Pages Portal Lead to drive the design, delivery, and ongoing evolution of enterprise-scale customer engagement and portal solutions. This role will play a key leadership position on complex transformation programs, working closely with clients, business stakeholders, and onshore/offshore delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Power Platform) and strong leadership experience in Power Pages Portal implementations within enterprise or government environments.

Location: Melbourne/Sydney
Salary: AUD 150,742 – 171,215 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Pages Portal solutions across enterprise transformation programs.
  • Own design, and delivery for Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and Power Platform implementations.
  • Act as the solution lead and trusted advisor for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
  • Lead solution design sessions, and architecture walkthroughs.
  • Design and deliver customer-facing and partner portals using Power Pages, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
  • Define portal design including authentication, authorization, security roles, and data access strategies.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Power Pages with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure services, and third-party systems.
  • Provide hands-on leadership for configuration, customization, and extensibility using plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and PCF controls.
  • Oversee UI/UX best practices, accessibility compliance, and performance optimisation for portal solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers to manage scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Provide technical governance, conduct design and code reviews, and ensure adherence to Infosys quality and delivery standards.
  • Mentor and guide onshore and offshore teams including developers, functional consultants, and testers.
  • Support pre-sales activities such as solution shaping, estimations, proposals, and client presentations when required.
  • Drive adoption of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps best practices across delivery teams.
Essential:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing
  • Power Pages Portal (mandatory)
  • Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse
  • Proven experience with:
  • Portal security models, role-based access, and authentication (Azure AD, Azure AD B2C)
  • Integrations using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or middleware
  • Custom development including plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and PCF controls
  • Solid understanding of ALM, CI/CD pipelines, environment strategy, and DevOps practices

Preferred:
  • Microsoft certifications such as:
  • Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
  • Dynamics 365 Functional or Technical Consultant
  • Experience working in Australian public sector or regulated industries
  • Prior exposure to large-scale digital transformation programs
  • Agile / Scrum delivery experience

ADDITIONAL
  • Strong consulting background with experience delivering solutions for enterprise or government clients
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Experience leading distributed, onsite-offshore delivery teams
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and solution ownership mindset
