Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Oracle Technical Consultant - Developer / OIC / OCI Cloud to join our team

Main activities and responsibilities:

  • Provide end‑to‑end ownership of Oracle OIC integrations in a mission‑critical AMS environment, ensuring stability, continuity, and timely resolution of incidents.
  • Monitor, analyze, and resolve integration failures, OIC orchestration faults, performance degradation, and cross‑system communication issues.
  • Work closely with business and cross‑functional IT teams to ensure minimal downtime and quick recovery during operational disruptions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and propose long‑term corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Maintain and improve monitoring standards, alerts, dashboards, and logs, ensuring proactive detection of failures before they affect operations.
  • Support Fusion ERP integrations through troubleshooting of ESS jobs, FBDI processes, OTBI/BI Publisher extracts, and data discrepancies.
  • Execute enhancement requests and minor CRs related to OIC integrations, ODI pipelines, and ERP integration touchpoints with minimal disruption.
  • Collaborate in quarterly update impact analysis, performing regression tests to validate integration continuity after Oracle SaaS updates.
  • Develop and maintain AMS documentation, including SOPs, runbooks, impact assessments, dependency maps, and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on‑call rotation, escalation handling, and high‑severity incident management when required.
  • Ensure adherence to security, governance, naming standards, and best practices in integration lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Oracle Fusion Financials, specifically in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Brazilian Localization (FDG – Fiscal Document Generation).
  • Solid understanding of Brazilian fiscal legislation applicable to AR operations: NF‑e, NFC‑e, CT‑e basics, CFOP, CST, NCM, and standard SEFAZ validations.
  • Hands‑on experience in AR functional configuration: customers, sites, billing profiles, payment terms, invoice flows, credit memos, receipt application, and AR accounting.
  • Good understanding of FDG configuration elements, including Document Types, Fiscal Flows, Tax Rules, sequences, and document lifecycle.
  • Experience analyzing and resolving fiscal document rejections, invoice generation issues, tax discrepancies, and SLA posting errors.
  • Familiarity with FBDI, ESS jobs, OTBI/BI Publisher reports, and common integration touchpoints impacting AR and FDG.
  • Experience working in AMS environments, supporting incidents, service requests, and small enhancements.
  • Ability to perform functional testing, regression cycles, and impact analysis during Oracle quarterly updates.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with technical teams (OIC/ODI) during troubleshooting of AR/FDG integration failures.
  • Strong documentation abilities for functional procedures, SOPs, test scripts, and configuration logs.
