RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Define target architectures for upgraded applications, platforms and database systems.
- Guide migration strategy, deployment approaches and integration design.
- Review technical designs and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
- Assess compatibility across systems, interfaces and data components.
- Support performance, reliability and stability considerations during migration.
- Prepare architectural documentation, guidelines and technical reference materials.
- Identify technical risks and provide mitigation recommendations.
- Collaborate with business, development, testing and infrastructure teams.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

- Background in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in enterprise architecture or application/database migration.
- Strong understanding of integration models, system design principles and operational architecture.
- Ability to lead teams through complex technical transitions.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Additional Skills:

- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Taiwanese language is required.
