  1. Skills /Competencies:
  2. Essential Skills:
  • 12+ years of experience in managing application development and support projects
  • Deep understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level Management).
  • Proven expertise in SLA tracking, metrics definition, and service reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA Service Management, etc.).
  • Ability to manage support across multiple applications and technologies.
  • Strong project management skills with experience handling large, distributed teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret operational data and drive decisions.
  • Strong risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and cost efficiency.
  • Drive initiatives to reduce incident volume, improve MTTR, and enhance application stability.
  • Support transitions, knowledge transfers, and onboarding of new applications into support.
  • Candidate should be well versed with English and Malay language

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage critical situations calmly.

  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
  • Supports process optimizations, automation for performance improvement.
    • Collaborate with development, testing, and DevOps teams to improve release quality and production readiness.
