Infosys - HRD - Lead Business Partner HR
Infosys is looking for a Lead Business Partner – HR for its Human Resources team. In this role, the respective individual will explore innovative means to review HR operations effectiveness; execute unit specific performance management initiatives; Assist with the periodic communication plan to ensure HR services delivery effectiveness. Responsible to improve candidate engagement and ensure fair and effective feedback mechanism which will lead to improved performance within the guidelines and policies of the organization
