Your role
In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required
Domain & Functional Expertise
• 15+ years of deep expertise in Bilateral & Syndicated Loans, Loan Servicing, Loan Trading, and lifecycle operations.
• Extensive hands on proficiency across Loans including Implementations, Upgrades, Enhancements, Code Table Configuration, Functional & API testing.
• Strong understanding of global lending processes across UK, Europe and understanding of LMA Standards
Consulting & Solutioning
• Demonstrated capability in business process consulting, requirement gathering, solution design, and gap analysis.
• Experience leading Business Process Alignment workshops with Finastra and global banks.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable functional solutions.
Project & Delivery Leadership
• Proven leadership in working with multi regional teams (India, Norway and any other as needed).
• Led end to-end delivery and stakeholder management.
• Experience steering implementation, upgrade, and migration programs for Tier 1 banks.
Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
• Experienced in conducting client demos, UAT sessions, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder workshops.
• Strong track record of advising clients on system alignment, functional design, and operational optimization.
Technical & Product Expertise
• Strong knowledge of Loan Data Models, APIs, environment configurations (DEV/SIT/UAT/PROD).
• Experience in L1/L2 support, triaging, defect analysis, documentation, and end to end issue resolution.

Preferred
Thought Leadership & Knowledge Management
• Create documentation, and to deliver training programs.
• Experience in working product Centers of Excellence (COE) across multiple loan modules
Strategic Consulting Exposure
• Contributed to RFP responses, solution decks, and pre sales activities for lending transformation.
• Ability to influence architecture decisions and participate in design reviews as a functional SME.
Cross Platform Lending Experience
• Exposure to multiple loan platform complementing lending platform expertise.
• Experience handling regional variations in loan products, fees, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting.
Operational Excellence
• Proven track record in identifying operational risks and implementing process controls.
• Experience optimizing processes through automation ideas, best practices, and continuous improvement.
Global Work Experience
• Onsite experience across Eurpore specially in Norway, enabling culturally aligned client interactions.
• Strong ability to work with global teams and distributed agile models.
