Your role
In the role of Technology Analyst, you will act as a primary developer om applications. You will eventually conduct requirement analysis, define the activities and modules to develop and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required
• Strong knowledge of End IT user Services management
• Must have End user devices management knowledge (IT Service Management End Point (Desktops, Laptop, Printers, Mobile Devices Administration)
• Must have an experience on Devices life cycle management.
• Must have at least five years of working experience as IT Stock and asset management
• Experience on Supply Chain Management & Warehousing & Distribution
• Must have at least 3+ years of strong knowledge and working experience with a CMDB and the specific business services that it supports
• Must have at least five years of working experience in ITSM tools and ServiceNow
• Proven ability and experience in executing strategic asset management processes successfully
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management processes, as well as experience with Discovery tool
• Autonomous in performing multiple tasks at the same time independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Knowledge in German language Skills and Speaking

Preferred
• Perform daily operational tasks
• Plan, monitor, and record hardware stocks and to make sure they complied with vendor contracts in different software tools
• Experience in Stock management
• Experience in Client hardware (laptop, Desktop, Mobile devices)
• Experience in Windows OS, Device Upgrade, Device End-Of-Life topics.
• Apply a continuous improvement approach in enhancing the strategies employed in technology spending, as well as in tracking company assets within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) throughout their lifecycle
• Ensure effective management of the CMDB and that the content contained is accurate
• Provide supervision to procurement analysts
• Provide KPI/Metric information and standardized reporting on a scheduled basis together with unscheduled reporting demanded by management.
• Manage inventory of CIs and assets, including dependencies and attributes), making sure that modifications, withdrawals, and additions of existing ones are correctly recorded by the teams in charge of the tools to ensure that the vendor contracts are complied with
• Certification or training in Windows technologies
• Experience in printer Support
