Infosys is seeking an experienced Workday Security Senior Consultant to join our Workday team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and managing Workday security frameworks to ensure compliance, data integrity, and secure access across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Location for this position is Raleigh NC, Indianapolis IN, Phoenix AZ, Richardson TX or Hartford CT. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time
  • Experience in ERP software development life cycle.
  • Ability to configure and maintain Workday security roles, domains, and policies.
  • Experience implementing security best practices and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Experience collaborating with functional teams to define security requirements and access controls.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving security-related issues within Workday.
  • Experience conducting regular audits and reviews of security configurations.
  • Ability to provide guidance and training on Workday security features and protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with security configuration, domain policies, and user access management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in Workday ERP Implementation or support projects and relevant experience in ERP domain in Implementation / Support projects related to Workday Applications.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday Security Certified. Workday HCM Functional and Technical Knowledge.
  • Experience with Workday integrations, reports and security impact analysis.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks and data privacy regulations.
  • Familiarity with Workday reporting and audit tools.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
