Role SummaryWe are seeking a skilled .NET & SQL Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve application issues, perform functional testing to validate fixes, and ensure seamless performance across supported systems. The role involves managing incidents, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and delivering a high‑quality user experience through strong technical expertise and a customer‑focused mindset.Key Deliverables- Diagnose and resolve application issues within defined SLAs
- Perform functional testing
- Perform root cause analysis and provide preventive recommendations
- Maintain accurate and detailed ticket updates in the tracking system
- Collaborate with multiple teams for issue resolution
- Ensure consistent application availability and minimal downtime
- Provide clear communication and timely updates to stakeholders and end‑users
- Contribute to knowledge base creation and process improvements
