Role Description:

Are you passionate about technology and enterprise systems? We’re looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team.

A Senior Consultant with Java, Springboot, JSP, Devops skills would be responsible for leading the application support activities of enterprise applications. This role demands strong expertise on Java platforms, prior experience in leading AMS projects, team leadership capabilities and effective communication with all stakeholders like clients and cross-functional teams. The candidate should be a quick learner and should not limit himself/herself in one platform and should learn other related technologies as per project needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers for support and maintenance of various applications, ensuring the smooth operation and availability of systems.
  • Work on application change requests, service requests, incidents and reported defects,
  • Work with team of developers on the enhancements as per client requirements.
  • Providing guidance and mentoring to team to ensure support services are delivered as per SLAs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve technical issues, with timely resolution of open issues.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations, and effectively communicating updates and progress on application support activities.
Essential:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Over 10 years of experience in Java, Springboot, JSP, Devops technologies. Prior experience in application maintenance and support projects.
  • Knowledge of APM tools like Dynatrace, Splunk APM, AppDynamics.
  • Knowledge of ALM tools like Jira, Azure DevOps.

Preferred:
  • Prior working experience in the Australia/ New Zealand
  • Exposure to Insurance Domain.
  • Experience in Mulesoft API Integration.
