Infosys is looking for Control‑M Lead platform Engineer with deep expertise in workload automation platforms, Python & SQL to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud data platforms, data platforms, and team players, with a passion for solving complex data challenges in a collaborative environment. You'll collaborate with Product Owners, Lead Data engineers, Analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions in an entrepreneurial culture where teamwork is encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is valued.

Required Qualifications

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ or Houston, TX or Richardson, TX Raleigh, NC or Kansas City, KS or be willing to relocate to the area.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • Extensive experience as a Control‑M Administrator, or Lead Engineer in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Deep expertise in BMC Control‑M (Server, EM, Agents, Plugins, APIs, Application Integrator).
  • Strong technical foundation in:
    • Unix/Linux
    • Python scripting
    • Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Synapse
  • Proven experience building high availability, disaster recovery, and scalable orchestration solutions.
  • Hands-on experience designing workflow automation for large job volumes (10,000+ jobs).
  • Strong background in Control‑M migrations, upgrades, governance, and operational standards.
  • Expertise integrating LDAP/Active Directory and security best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BMC Control‑M Certifications (6.x to 9.x series).
  • Experience leading automation teams or cross-functional engineering initiatives.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
