Infosys is seeking a Golang, Docker, Kafka, Azure Developer. In the role of Technology Lead, you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Minneapolis, MN or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of Experience
• 4 years of software development experience with a strong focus on Golang, Docker, Kafka, Azure.

• Golang (microservices, REST APIs, concurrency)

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices and collaborative delivery models

• CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)

• Microsoft Azure (AKS, App Services, Storage, Monitoring)

• Apache Kafka & event‑driven architectures

• Docker & containerized deployments

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance, scalable backend services using Golang

• Build RESTful APIs and microservices following clean architecture and SOLID principles

• Write efficient, concurrent, and production‑ready code leveraging Go routines, channels, and standard libraries

• Perform code reviews, refactoring, and optimization for performance and maintainability

• Ensure secure coding practices, error handling, and logging standards

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
