Job Description

Cloud and marketing technology specialists should have strong analytical and interpersonal skills and must be curious about emerging digital-marketing technologies to ensure that we remain front-runners in data-driven and personalized customer-experience platforms.
They must also always have a “can-do” attitude and be driven to find the best solutions.
Experience in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Launch/Tags, Workfront, etc.) and hands-on configuration of marketing automation and personalization capabilities.

Required

  • Proven experience configuring and implementing Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including (but not limited to):
    • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) – schemas, datasets, identities, ingestion workflows
    • Adobe Real-Time CDP
    • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
    • Adobe Target – activities, audiences, personalization rules
    • Adobe Analytics – report suites, eVars/props/events, segments
    • Adobe Launch/Tags – rule-based tagging, extensions, data elements
    • Adobe Campaign (Standard or Classic) – workflows, segmentation, delivery setup
  • Experience with customer data management, identity stitching, tagging strategies and data-layer design
  • Experience writing clean, testable configuration logic (e.g., Launch rules, AEP transformations, Target scripts)
  • Experience with both consuming and designing data-collection and activation workflows
  • Working agile and in close collaboration with marketing, product owners, and UX teams
  • Solid communication skills, ability to translate marketing requirements into technical configuration
  • Experience and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and integrations with Adobe tools
  • Knowledge of marketing operations, data governance, consent management, and privacy-compliant tracking
  • Experience with debugging and performance monitoring using browser tools, Adobe Debugger, and API inspectors
  • Ability to adhere to and contribute to MarTech architectural standards and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic about knowledge-sharing and continuous learning, supporting both marketers and developers
