Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Skill to join our team
Main activities and responsibilities:
Extensive experience managing employee benefits in high-volume environments for large-scale organizations.
Administering private pension
Managing enrollment, adjustments, and cancellations in Health and Dental Plans
Administration of meal and transportation allowances
Managing group life insurance policies.
Maintaining compliance with Brazilian labor laws.
Offering wellness programs and mental health support.
Preparing benefit booklets and FAQs in Portuguese.
Conducting sessions during onboarding and open enrollment.
Required Qualifications:
Must Have
• Graduate in any stream
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Results and deadline driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Proficient in Portuguese language (Read, Write, Speak)
Good to have
• Experience specific to Administering private pension.
• Proficiency in English & Spanish language will be added advantage
