Job Description

A File Transmission Engineer specializing in CFT (Cross File Transfer) and Axway products is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of secure file transfer systems. This role involves ensuring the reliable, efficient, and secure transmission of files between systems. The engineer works closely with internal teams and external partners to manage and optimize file transfer solutions.


File transfer between client and external / Internal customer
Axway product experience at L2 and L3 level, support any file transfer issue and coordinate with respective stakeholders. 3 people working on this product.
Business hour support and also provide on call for critical issue by 24*7
Proven experience as a File Transmission Engineer or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of CFT (Cross File Transfer) and Axway products (CFT, Sentinel, Secure relay, etc)
Strong understanding of file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/S,, etc.).
Experience with secure file transfer configurations and management.
Understanding of networking, security, and encryption concepts.
Experience with Axway Secure Transport, Axway Gateway, and Axway Secure relay
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Team player in an international team
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Knowledge/experience working with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, Agile skills)
Knowledge of French language (spoken and written) would be a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Certifications related to file transfer products (e.g., Axway Certified Professional) are a plus.
Nice to have In-depth knowledge of Windows Server and Linux servers, IBM Z & IBM I to install and configure Axway Products
