Infosys is seeking an ETL Test Lead

As an ETL Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

• Work location is Raleigh, NC. This position may require travel.
• At least 4 years of working experience in QA Testing
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.

• Min 4+ years of experience in ETL and DWH projects.
• Strong experience in Spark and Databricks.
• Experience in Azure cloud and ADO
• Develop automation frameworks and scripts for ETL automation (Python programming language preferred)
• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases to verify data movement, transformation and integrity across systems
• Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation and reconciliation
• Validate complex data transformations, aggregations, and business logic across multiple data sources
• Collaborate closely with Data engineers, developers, business analysts to ensure end-to-end test coverage
• Document test results, prepare reports and track defects to closure
• Familiarity of Great Expectations
• Excellent communication- the person needs to act as a bridge between product, IT, and business teams.
• Strong Analytical and Communication skills along with Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, driving data quality initiatives and continuous improvement
• Experience working in Agile (stand ups, grooming, planning, retro) using ADO
• Understanding of test management process and SDLC/STLC
• Excellent soft skills
• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
• At least 4 years of experience on Automation Testing (SIT and UAT), test execution analysis & reporting

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
