Infosys is seeking for a CA SiteMinder Admin. This candidate is responsible for playing In the webAuth team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise-level access management solutions, with a focus on CA SiteMinder, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Active Directory (AD). You will ensure secure, seamless authentication experiences across critical. Applications while supporting infrastructure upgrades and policy configurations.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance or willing to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA Or New York, NY. This position may require travel in the US
  • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
  • Experience in CA SiteMinder Administration, Patching and upgrading of policy servers ((Policy Server, Admin UI, Agents) .
  • Expertise on SSO Implementation & Integrations (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
  • Knowledge on Azure AD
  • Troubleshoot AD-related access issues, replications and DFSR issues & RBAC expertise.
  • Administration of Active Directory FSMO, MFA, domain controller patching 3rd part MFA integrations
Preferred Qualification:
  • Experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Experience in data security, privacy, and compliance solutions is a must
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Customer Focus

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:

New York: min $82419 & max $107145

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
