Job Title: Business Analyst

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst (BA) to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and successful delivery of solutions. The BA will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and ensuring successful delivery of IT projects aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Support creation of process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Work closely with developers, testers and project managers to ensure requirements are well understood.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements.
• Assist in testing and validation of delivered solutions.
• Maintain the product backlog and assist in sprint planning.

• Must have experience with Blue Yonder solutions (e.g., Supply Chain Planning, Demand Forecasting, or Warehouse Management).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of requirement gathering and elicitation techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite.
