Senior Manager – Customer Infrastructure Services (CIS)

Who you are,
Strategic leader with a business focus, responsible for overseeing infrastructure services (on-premise and cloud) for our client in Chile. The role focuses on the quality of service, the relationship with stakeholders and the support of new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
| - Monitor and evaluate the quality of current CIS services delivered to the client - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders - Act as a point of contact for infrastructure-related needs and escalations - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that services are aligned with business objectives - Identify and support new business opportunities according to the client 's requirements- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure continuity and improvement of the service - Contribute to strategic planning and service roadmap - Support in governance, reporting and performance reviews |
