Location: Mexico, hybrid work

Qualifications:

• Learn the relevant product suite and support onboarding engineering teams onto the platform.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Bicep/Terraform as requested by the delivery team.
• Monitor support channels, respond to inquiries, and troubleshoot reported issues.
• Address defects as prioritized by the Delivery Team.
• Write unit, integration, and interoperability tests, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, and recommend testing solutions to the product team.
• Update product documentation based on priorities set by the Delivery team.
• Participate in technical discussions and solution design as requested by the Delivery team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
