Infosys is seeking a Lead Consultant expert on UKG Dimensions and Workforce Ready experience. The position will primarily be responsible for production support activities related to existing implementation/enhancements, deployments, of the Workforce Ready application and interfaces, as well as working with relevant stakeholders for product support requests. This person will interface with key stakeholders and apply their Kronos domain and technical proficiency for production support of the project.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • 7 years of Information Technology experience

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson TX, Raleigh NC, Hartford CT, Phoenix AZ or Indianapolis IN or be willing to relocate to one of the areas. This position may require travel in the US.

  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience in implementation, development and production support projects related to Kronos WFC / WFD /Workforce Ready applications.

  • Good experience in Kronos WFC/WFD/WFR with functional expertise in timekeeping, scheduling, forecasting, accruals, attendance and activities modules.

  • Experienced in interface development with WIM for WFC and for WFR with middle layers like Dell Bhoomi etc.

  • Must have sound knowledge of the various workforce management disciplines like accruals, attendance tracking, compliance monitoring, employee self service, leave management, overtime management, schedule optimization, work authorization, activity tracking for monitoring idle time, utilization, productivity and incentive pay.

  • Ability to drive and manage stakeholder communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Practical experience/exposure and knowledge in Workforce Dimensions and Workforce Ready

  • Experience on UKG Workforce Ready configurations and process flows

  • Direct client interaction experience during interactive phases like ticket (incident & service requests) resolving and support.

  • Experience in common integration methodologies including WIM (Kronos), XML APIs, XML Imports, Web services and standard Import Tables.

  • Experience in data conversions using import tables, XML imports with analyzing and debugging skills.

  • Kronos Workforce Ready functional/technical consultant, with production support experience (at least 2 projects) especially from USA.

  • Functional testing or automated testing in Kronos Timekeeper, Accruals and Activities


The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
