Infosys is seeking a Group Practice Engagement Manager for its Digital Experience (DX) Practice.

Role responsibilities:
  • Sales Planning and review: Create business unit specific sales plan
  • Customer Prospecting, working on large deals
  • Opportunity identification and qualification
  • Proposal development, Negotiation, Closure
  • Account Planning & Review: Review account specific plans to ensure planned growth for the business unit (revenue/margin/utilization) so as to grow the account as per plan
  • Account Mining, operations
  • Relationship management
  • People Management

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 16+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
  • Significant business development and project management experience, large deal sales experience
  • Track record of interacting and building relationship with C-level client contacts
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience

  • Knowledge of industry specific go-to-market solutions
  • Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers
  • Global Delivery Model experience
Estimated annual compensation range will be $186000 to $ 367000
