Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Brazil SAP SD Consultant to join our team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ticket management, Knowledge of MM and SD related to Invoice, Knowledge of ticket governance.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate tickets, activities and follow up with third-party system consultancysuch as APASSOS and GUEPARDO.
  • Acting as a Primary POC for any kind of Nota fiscal issues being reported
  • If the Ticket requires assistance from SD or MM support, he can feel free to route them or take assistance wherever required from support team
  • If there is some additional work from projects, he should step in based on requirement. We can inform him prior if any such additional work being allocated to him based on alignment with devops team
  • Follow all the best practicessimilar to other support tracks
  • Effective communication and participating in weekly or monthly review meetings.
