Job Description :
Infosys is seeking a Manager, Sales Effectiveness for its Retirement CoE. As a Manager, you’d be responsible for building and developing Infosys’ strategies in the retirement domain, both in the US and internationally. You’ll be responsible for conducting, assembling, and interpreting market research and analysis; developing strategies and options based on that research; and working with broad groups of internal stakeholders to build alignment and drive to action. The Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, delivery, and partner organizations to understand capabilities and define market needs, market fit, and future priorities.

Responsibilities
• Strategy development (geographic, market/industry, go to market).
• Partnering with client accounts, iCETs (Infosys Center for Emerging Technologies), and other relevant groups to set an agenda and manage outcomes of retirement innovation labs.
• Partnering with Marketing, Infosys Knowledge Institute, Sales teams, and other relevant groups to set an agenda and manage outcomes for retirement thought leadership materials.
• Engaging with external and internal groups to stay current on trends and innovations in the global retirement ecosystem; syndicate knowledge within Infosys.
• Developing/supporting the development of content appropriate for external publication, go-to-market materials, and internal education.
• Supporting special projects and initiatives, and taking on other related duties as assigned.

We are investing in expanding our Retirement Center of Excellence to support our clients in this critical industry. Our Retirement COE brings together our tools and capabilities globally with the business context needed to support our clients in the retirement industry. The CoE is led by a small core team based in Infosys’ Malvern, PA offices. This small team sits at the intersection of Infosys’ sales and delivery organizations and oversees a broad matrixed organization of retirement, technology, and operations experts globally.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 7+ years of similar work experience.
• Experience in strategy and analytics.
• Strong overall business and financial acumen.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong external and internal presence and excellent communication skills to lead and motivate peers and leaders.

Preferred Qualification
• Financial services industry experience preferred.
• MBA preferred.
• Global Delivery Model experience.
