Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and within established timelines.
  • Verify employee attendance, overtime, leave records, allowances, and deductions.
  • Calculate salaries, bonuses, commissions, incentives, and final settlements.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Generate payroll reports and maintain payroll records.
Statutory Compliance
  • Manage employee tax deductions and submissions.
  • Prepare and submit statutory contributions and related reports.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and auditors when required.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare monthly payroll summaries and management reports.
  • Maintain payroll files, records, and documentation for audits.
  • Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of payroll administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Experience with payroll and HRIS systems. Working on tools like SAP/PeopleSoft or other Payroll tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
