In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Perform business analysis projects using advanced techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, scenario modelling) to identify strategic opportunities within the domain, influencing long-term decisions and value chain optimization
⦁ Perform detailed evaluations of IT solutions, leveraging domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals, guiding strategic technology decisions
⦁ Create documentation for systems, ensuring precision and thoroughness, while leading efforts to articulate sophisticated technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
⦁ Perform specialized research on third-party products, providing in-depth insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards
⦁ Create solution architectures and develop comprehensive architectural diagrams, ensuring scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure.
⦁ Run the technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge and ensuring scalable optimal system performance. Design and execute maintenance strategies to ensure long-term system reliability

⦁ Skilled in research, innovation adoption, and designing scalable architectures, aligned with industry standards and best practices

Aptitudes et expérience requises

• Experience in Mortgage & Home Lending domain consulting, business analysis, data analysis, data mapping, data models within banking and financial services.
• Understanding of mortgage and home lending business processes, including loan origination, underwriting, processing, closing, boarding, servicing, escrow, payments, delinquency, default, payoff, and investor/reporting data.
• Experience working with mortgage data across multiple applications and helping business and technology teams understand how data is defined, used, transformed, and consumed across systems.
• Experience supporting the creation of Application Data Stores, Authorized Data Stores, data consolidation layers, enterprise data stores, curated layers, or trusted reporting data assets.
• Experience documenting business-aligned data definitions, source-to-target mappings, business rules, transformation logic, and data dictionaries for enterprise programs.
• Experience working with legacy mortgage platforms, operational applications, extracts, reports, interfaces, and downstream data consumers.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, cloud data environments, and large-scale data transformation programs.

Aptitudes et expérience souhaitées

• Experience using SQL for source-system analysis, relationship discovery, data profiling, reconciliation, and validation support.
• Experience in rationalizing data across applications by identifying overlaps, duplicate fields, conflicting definitions, code variations, and unnecessary source-specific representations.
• Experience defining or supporting logical data models, canonical data views, subject-area models, or implementation-ready target structures for banking and mortgage data domains.
• Experience working with data governance, metadata, lineage, certification, data quality, and controlled data consumption processes.
• Experience producing structured delivery artifacts such as mapping specifications, business rule inventories, data dictionaries, issue logs, assumption trackers, and review notes.
• Experience working in Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments in banking and enterprise data programs.

Exigences supplémentaires requises

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
