About the role:
The Operations Analyst plays a critical role in protecting delivery execution and data integrity by adhering to the administrative and operational processes that underpin program success. Operating under the direction of the Lead Program Manager and the broader management team, this role ensures core operations work is executed with precision, consistency, and foresight—enabling leaders and delivery teams to focus on outcomes rather than operational friction.
Primary Focus of the Role

  • REQ creation, updates, and tracking
  • Invoice receiver creation and reconciliation
  • Financial and capital tracking hygiene (working with Capital Accounting)
  • Tool updates, data cleanup, and ongoing maintenance
  • Testing (sanity, new features, data integrity)
  • Documentation, coordination, and cross-system follow-through
  • Standardized operational execution and governance readiness
  • Clarity (PPM) and Jira are Optimum Communications’ primary project and portfolio management tools. Candidates must have experience administering these platforms; experience with comparable PPM tools is a plus.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Clarity (PPM) or similar portfolio management tools
  • Working knowledge of REQ, invoice, capital, and financial tracking processes
  • Strong Jira experience (epics, stories, workflows, reporting)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Platform tools (preferred)
  • Strong business, technical, and process documentation skills
  • Clarity (PPM), Jira, Microsoft Office Suite, ServiceCentral, Confluence, SharePoint
Day-to-Day Activities
  • Enter, update, and validate REQs, invoice receivers, and financial records
  • Maintain PPM, Jira, and SharePoint data hygiene
  • Coordinate with Finance, PMs, and vendors to resolve administrative and financial issues
  • Execute BAU tasks that keep programs moving
  • Identify, escalate, and fix breakdowns in process workflows
