Role Description:

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be a key player in managing the account and in all the dialogues with the client stake holders. You will participate in strategic, tactical, operational and commercial meetings. You will be responsible for regular connect with the technical leads and managers and co-ordinate the resource movements and fulfilling their aspirations.

Location: Sydney
Salary: AUD 108,571 – 119,893 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily support operations for SuccessFactors (Employee Central, PMGM, LMS, Succession, Employee Central Time Off, RCM, Compensation & Variable Pay) and SAP Payroll (On-premise).
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, incident resolution timelines, change management processes, and audit controls.
  • Manage and monitor payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Coordinate and track service requests, enhancements, and problem management activities.
  • Conduct regular service reviews, performance reporting, and operational dashboards for leadership.
  • Lead delivery of SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors implementation, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
  • Oversee functional configuration, integration testing, UAT planning, cutover activities, and go live readiness.
  • Ensure team updates functional specifications, solution design documents, SuccessFactors workbooks.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for HR, Payroll and external audit teams.
  • Manage relationships with SAP support, AMS partners.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, performance discussions, escalations, and vendor contract compliance.
  • Work with business owners to prioritize backlog items and confirm value delivery.
  • Oversee half-yearly SuccessFactors releases and Payroll year end activities.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance service quality.
Essential:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 15 years of experience in SAP, Project Management and IT Consulting.
Preferred:
  • Strong experience in SAP Payroll, including configuration, schemas, rules, and payroll processing.
  • Deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, EC Payroll, Onboarding, Time Off/Time Tracking, PMGM, LMS, Succession).
  • Should be able to support Client team and guide with below SuccessFactors future roadmap:
  1. SF Mobile
  2. SF Joule
  3. Talent Intelligence Hub
  4. Job Architecture
  5. Performance Management Cycle
  6. RBP review (Health Check)
  7. Story Reporting
  8. Walkme
  9. SuccessFactors and ADP Payroll Integration
  • Good knowledge of Integration technologies (SAP CPI, PI/PO, BAPIs, IDocs).
  • Experience with HR compliance, payroll legislation, and audit frameworks.
  • Proven experience managing SAP HR/Payroll or SuccessFactors projects end-to-end.
  • Ability to manage AMS/outsourced vendor performance.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, service delivery frameworks, and change management processes.
  • Solid experience in test planning (UAT), release management, risk management, and cutover planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capability.
  • Vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to manage teams across onsite/offshore delivery models.
