Role Overview
The UX Designer is responsible for defining and driving user experience strategy, research, design governance, and user-centered design practices across products, services, and digital solutions. The role combines deep expertise in UX design, customer insights, and design leadership to create intuitive, desirable, and business-value-driven experiences. The individual shapes the future UX vision, maturity, and governance while enabling customer Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) and digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead user research, behavioral analysis, and user feedback activities to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Create and govern UX artifacts including personas, user journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Ensure adherence to customer UX standards, design systems, accessibility requirements, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering Teams, and Business Stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Coach and mentor Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams on User-Centered Design (UCD) methodologies and agile UX practices.
• Drive UX quality assurance, design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define and strengthen UX governance, design processes, and organizational UX maturity.
• Ensure consistency across products, platforms, and business areas.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in UX Design, Service Design, Product Design, or Human-Centered Design.
• Strong expertise in user research, interaction design, design systems, usability testing, accessibility, and design thinking.
• Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional product development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
