Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of PMO to join our team
Main activities and responsibilities:
- Support project managers in planning, executing, monitoring, and closing project activities.
- Maintain and track project schedules, milestones, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports, dashboards, KPIs, meeting minutes, and executive presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project governance routines, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up of action items.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to collect project information and support decision-making processes.
- Support resource allocation planning and project capacity tracking.
- Assist in identifying project risks, managing issue logs, and escalating critical topics when necessary.
- Maintain project documentation repositories and ensure compliance with project governance standards.
- Track project financial information, budgets, forecasts, and actuals when applicable.
- Support change management, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of project data, reports, and metrics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to project management processes and tools.
- Provide administrative and operational support to project teams and leadership.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting projects as PMO, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar roles.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- Experience with project planning, status reporting, risk tracking, issue management, and action follow-up.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience preparing project dashboards, progress reports, meeting minutes, and executive presentations.
- Ability to monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Good analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating activities among business and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
