Infosys is seeking for skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud OCI & Security Administrator to manage, support, and secure Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion Cloud environments. The candidate will be responsible for OCI administration, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Oracle Fusion Security, environment monitoring, network administration, security governance, audit compliance, and support of cloud operations across ERP, SCM, HCM, PPM, EPM, and Integration Cloud landscapes.
Required Qualifications
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga , Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in Canada.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.

Required skills:
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Administration - Administer OCI environments across Production, Test, Development instances.
- Troubleshoot OCI connectivity issues between Oracle Cloud and on-premise systems.
- Monitor OCI resources, compute instances, storage utilization, performance, and availability.
- Manage backups, storage allocation, file systems, and capacity planning.
- Coordinate OCI patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities with Oracle Support.
- Raise and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) for OCI-related issues and enhancements
Oracle Fusion Security Administration - Design and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud security architecture.
- Create and manage users, roles, job roles, abstract roles, and data access roles.
- Provision and de-provision application access based on approved requests.
- Administer role hierarchies, segregation of duties (SoD), and access controls.
- Support User Access Reviews (UARs) and periodic security audits.
- Manage privileged access and emergency access procedures.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements
Identity Management - Administer Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) / Oracle IAM.
- Configure Single Sign-On (SSO), MFA, and federation integrations.
- Provision role-based access controls for business and IT users.
- Manage user lifecycle processes and identity governance activities.
- Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues.
Security Compliance & Audit - Generate reports related to user access, login activity, and security audits.
- Monitor successful and unsuccessful login attempts.
- Support internal and external audit requests.
- Identify security risks and recommend mitigation controls.
- Participate in compliance assessments and security reviews

- 8-12 years of experience in Oracle Cloud technologies, with at least 5 years in with Minimum 5 years of hands-on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure administration and 5 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Security administration experience
- Strong knowledge of BIP, OTBI, VBCS / VBS, SQL, PL/SQL, Personalization in Redwood UI, Oracle SaaS APIs, and cloud architecture.
- Experience with JavaScript, XSLT, XML, JSON, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Oracle Visual Builder, Process Automation, and ATP/ADW is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain documentation for extensions, data conversion and deployment processes.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, data governance, and best practices.
- Hands-on analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation experience.
- Complete development tasks based on requirements submitted by business partners and best practices
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate/Professional
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Security Professional
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Security Certification
- Oracle Identity and Access Management Certification

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
