We are seeking an experienced Senior TIBCO Integration Developer to lead the design, implementation, and management of our enterprise integration architecture. In this role, you will bridge disparate systems, ensure seamless data orchestration, and build highly reliable middleware solutions. You will take ownership of the full integration life cycle—from technical design to deployment—while maintaining optimal system uptime and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration Design: Architect and build scalable, secure enterprise application integration (EAI) and business process automation solutions using TIBCO suites.
• API & Service Development: Design and implement SOAP/REST web services, microservices, and event-driven data architectures.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and fine-tune complex TIBCO deployments to guarantee low-latency messaging and maximum data throughput.
• Technical Governance: Create architectural blueprints, define messaging standards, and lead code/design reviews to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• System Migration: Support and drive legacy middleware migration tracks toward cloud-native integration .

• Mentorship: Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME), guiding and upskilling junior middleware engineers within the team.

• Experience: Minimum 6+ years of specialized experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) using the TIBCO product suite.
• TIBCO Core Products: Deep development expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x )
• Messaging Systems: Strong hands-on proficiency with TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS), TIBCO Rendezvous (RV), or Apache Kafka.
• Data Standards: Advanced proficiency in XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, JSON, SOAP, REST, and WSDL.
• Database & OS: Solid understanding of SQL, database schema design (Oracle/PostgreSQL), and navigation within Unix/Linux environments.
• DevOps: Experience containerizing TIBCO applications with Docker and deploying them via CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven).

• Capability migrat TIBCO System to Quarkus /MS Platform.
