As an Principal Consultant for SAP QTC, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates solution options, and makes recommendations. You will plan and execute configuration activities, conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design. You will lead end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA Sales & Distribution implementations, conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga , Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in Canada.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
15+ years of SAP QTC implementation and support experience, with a minimum of 3 full-cycle S/4 HANA implementations.
Deep expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Sales & Distribution modules including:
Sales Order Management – quotations, contracts, scheduling agreements, order types
Pricing & Conditions – condition technique, pricing procedures, rebate processing, free goods
Delivery Processing – shipping point determination, route determination, packing, goods issue
Billing – billing types, invoice lists, inter-company billing, revenue recognition
Credit Management – S/4 HANA Advanced Credit Management (FIN-FSCM-CR)
Proficiency in SAP QTC sub-processes:
Order-to-Cash (OTC) process design and optimization
Third-party & Drop-shipment scenarios
Returns Management (RMA), Consignment, and Subcontracting processes
Cross-company and intercompany sales scenarios
Foreign Trade / Customs & Export Management
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA outputs – Output Management framework, BRF+ conditions, and Forms (Adobe/SmartForms).
Experience with SAP Customer Experience (CX) and integration with QTC
Knowledge of integration touchpoints with MM (purchasing), FICO (revenue accounting), PP (MRP/ATP), and WM/EWM (warehouse).
Hands-on experience with Available-to-Promise (ATP) – basic ATP, CTP, and S/4 HANA Advanced ATP.
Experience in SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR / IFRS 15) configuration and integration with QTC.
Exposure to Fiori apps for Sales, embedded analytics, and real-time order management dashboards.
Exposure to Payback & Chargeback module and Incentive module in Vistex will be preferred
Experience with EDI/IDOC configuration for customer PO, ASN, and invoice exchange.
Ability to perform Business Blueprint / Solution Design workshops and prepare Functional Specification documents.
Exposure to SAP S/4 HANA migration tools – SUM, SPDD/SPAU, and system conversion methodology.
Experience of at least 3 end-to-end lifecycle implementation activities including:
Requirement gathering & Business process design
SAP configuration & RICEFW Functional design
System Integration Testing (SIT) & User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Cut-over planning, Go-live support, and post-go-live stabilization
Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills with ability to work with advanced Excel-based data analysis.
Ability to manage and coordinate onsite-offshore delivery teams.
Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps.

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario- $ 102474 to $ 147835
