Role Description: We’re looking for a Senior Consultant – Acurity Application Analyst to join our team.

Location: Melbourne

Salary: 108571- 119893 AUD Annual Gross

Please Note: - The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand business requirements and problems.
  • Elaborate requirements into functional, application-level user stories ready for development teams.
  • Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and translate them into stories.
  • Take ownership of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Assess impacts of requirement changes and reprioritisation with technical SMEs.
  • Collaborate with business teams and application teams.
  • Work with stakeholders to transition requirements into operations.
  • Participate in regular stakeholder meetings, stand-ups and governance discussions.
Essential:
  • Support Technical Services Managers with BAU backlog management.
  • Prioritise and groom backlog items.
  • Assist with delivery estimations.
  • Facilitate backlog management activities and prioritisation discussions
  • Support the triage, diagnosis and troubleshooting of incidents.
  • Coordinate escalation of customer incidents and service requests.
  • Work with business and technical stakeholders to assess:
    • Impact
    • Workarounds
    • Cost to remediate issues

Preferred:
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Support Production deployments and post-deployment validation.
  • Conduct story walkthroughs with development and testing teams.
  • Ensure requirements are understood correctly by delivery teams.
Agile Team Participation
  • Participate in:
    • Daily stand-ups
    • Fortnightly meetings
    • Monthly stakeholder reviews
  • Coordinate between business, developers and testers
