Key responsibilities:
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed by, communicated, and adhered to.
• Create and maintain support documentation.
• Interacting with other support groups (local and global) within the firm across multiple platforms.
• Record and manage all incidents and requests in ticket-tracking system.
• Proactively inform management of trends, significant problems and expected delays.
• Take initiative to stay current on technology and participate in training programs.
• Be proactively responsive to multiple mediums of communication platforms such as E-mail, Microsoft Teams, Skype, Symphony, Jive, etc.
Requirements:
1. 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, PMO, or business analysis, preferably in banking/financial services.
2. Solid understanding of project lifecycle, governance, change management principles.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools(e.g., Jira, Confluence or similar).
4. Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are highly desirable.
6. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced transformation environment.
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer care skills.
8. Ability to work under pressure and on tight timescales.
9. Technical grasp of a wide range of applications both in house and 3rd party applications.
