Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Kubernetes & OpenShift Administrator to manage, support, and optimize enterprise container platforms across on-premises and cloud environments. The role involves administering Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift clusters, ensuring platform availability, security, scalability, performance, and operational stability. The successful candidate will work closely with DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams to deploy and support cloud-native applications, automate platform operations, and implement containerization best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, monitor, upgrade, and maintain Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters.
• Manage cluster security, RBAC, networking, storage, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Implement automation using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting tools.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and GitOps deployment models.
• Troubleshoot complex platform, application, and infrastructure issues.
• Ensure high availability, capacity planning, performance tuning, and compliance with security standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize containerized applications and platform usage.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Kubernetes administration in production environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift.
• Expertise in Docker/Container technologies, Linux administration, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes networking, ingress controllers, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), and logging platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, automation, and platform engineering skills.
