Role Description:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize Oracle Cloud environments supporting critical enterprise applications. This role will be responsible for end-to-end administration across OCI, ERP, EPM, and Integration Cloud, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of cloud-based systems.
Location: Melbourne, VIC
Salary: AUD 134,132 – 140,193 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Cloud Resource Management
- Create new Provisioned environments
- Organize and allocate resources within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) compartments
- manage VCNs, subnets, route tables, and security lists to optimize network performance and security.
- Able to do required plumbing to make the environments accessible from Suncorp network.
- Application Administration
- Oversee Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications
- EPM Applications
- Oracle Integration Cloud
- including user accounts, roles, permissions, and application configurations.
- RBAC controls.
- Security and Compliance
- Implement security best practices such as API encryption
- LBAC, and SSO
- Manage OCI Key Vault for credentials, certificates, and secrets.
- IP whitelisting.
- Ensure Audit Compliance
- Monitoring and Observability
- Configure monitoring, logging
- Application Performance Management (APM) tools to ensure system health and performance (this is required from future perspective)
- System Maintenance
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee implement application upgrades, patches, and software enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Integration and Middleware
- Administer Oracle Cloud Integration middleware to ensure smooth connections between cloud and on-premises systems like Pentaho.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, business teams, and external vendors to support Oracle-related needs and cloud projects.
Essential:• Overall 12+ years of IT experience along with 10+ years of experience in Oracle related technologies
• Experience in administering Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, and OIC applications.Preferred:- Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) administration.
- Hands-on expertise in Fusion ERP / EPM / OIC administration.
- Oracle Cloud certifications (OCI / Fusion Applications).
ADDITIONAL- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Experience leading distributed, onsite-offshore delivery teams
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and solution ownership mindset
