Infosys Public Services is seeking a Quality Engineering Analyst. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance in Mississauga, ON or be willing to relocate to the area.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience to execute Web and Mobile Accessibility Assessments ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA standards.
- Perform detailed accessibility testing using automated tools (e.g. Axe, Accessibility Insights, WAVE etc.), screen readers (e.g. JAWS, NVDA, Voiceover, Talkback etc.), Dragon, Zoom Text, and Keyboard testing
- Work with UX teams to ensure accessible design patterns.
- Prepare comprehensive accessibility test reports with clear findings and actionable insights.
- Good understanding of VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) and its application in accessibility compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility requirements are integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
- Experienced in Stake holder communication.
- Provide remediation guidance and code-level accessibility improvements and tangible recommendations to designers and developers for accessibility issues
- Apply WAI-ARIA techniques and design patterns to enhance accessibility in complex UI components.
- Experienced in conducting accessibility workshops and training sessions for developers, designers, and QA teams.
- Work within Agile testing methodologies, ensuring accessibility is part of sprint deliverables.
- Document Accessibility.
- Hold accessibility certifications such as:
- Section 508 Trusted Tester
- IAAP WAS (Web Accessibility Specialist)
- IAAP CPWA (Certified Professional in Web Accessibility)
- IAAP CPACC (Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies)
The estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In Mississauga, ON: $72,783 to $105,007.
