Infosys is seeking an MDM Consultant/Senior Consultant. In this role, you will work with the clients on their MDM journey to facilitate and lead the master data management engagements which will include data migration, MDM assessment, implementation, tool implementation across different verticals. Required Qualifications/Additional responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Burnaby, BC/ Mississauga, ON/ Calgary, AL or be willing to relocate to one of these areas. This position may require travel.
  • Postgraduate in Business Administration (Preferred) AND Graduation in Engineering or Comp Sc (Mandatory)
  • At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
  • 5+ experience in Master Data Management project implementation or support
  • 3+ years of experience in Stibo or Informatica MDM
  • 3+ of experience in Data Analysis or Data Quality Analysis, Requirements Gathering or Requirements Analysis, preparation of BRD etc.
  • Proven abilities in writing SQL queries to retrieve data for data analysis
  • Exposure to integration patterns and MDM implementation Styles
  • Good communication and analytical skills.


Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct As-Is Assessment, identify capability gaps and define the MDM Roadmap for the client
  • Conduct structured MDM tool evaluation of industry standard tools. Conduct tool evaluation exercise and deploying the tools and processes
  • Conducting Data Profiling
  • Design, Develop & Unit Testing MDM configurations as per requirements and solution architecture
  • Define and Implement Data Migration strategy, Ongoing Interface & DQ detail design as per the requirements and Solution Architecture
  • Define and implement Business Rules, Match/Merge, UI Workflows through MDM tools
  • Anchor and Participate workshops, design meetings, and coordinate the testing
  • Document and communicate the proposed solution to client via creation of compelling business cases
  • Create POVs, Whitepapers on existing and upcoming Master data management tools and technologies
  • Work on MDM related RFPs, proactive pitches and developing collaterals to showcase capabilities.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Awareness of latest technologies and trends
  • One or two Industry domain knowledge
  • Good understanding of Agile software development frameworks.
  • Possess good Client Interfacing skills and good hands-on experience on Project and Team management
  • Strong communication and Analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in teams in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment comprising of Business and Technology teams
  • Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment


The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 92740 to $ 105007
British Columbia: $ 90450 to $ 100104
