Key Responsibilities
Program Governance & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end management of SAP AMS, Application Development, and project portfolios, ensuring adherence to defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality parameters.
- Establish and manage a robust governance and reporting framework across all SAP workstreams.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Engage IT and business stakeholders regularly to provide program updates, gather feedback, and identify additional business opportunities.
- Ensure smooth coordination, expectation alignment, and transparent communication across stakeholder groups.

Scope & Contract Management
- Interpret and manage delivery in accordance with the agreed Statement of Work.
- Drive required scope adjustments or contract modifications through structured stakeholder discussions.

Risk & Issue Management
- Proactively identify delivery risks and issues, define mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution to safeguard program stability.

Innovation & Thought Leadership
- Stay current with SAP product advancements and guide the client through transformation initiatives such as S/4HANA migration, cloud modernization, BTP adoption, and integration with operational technology systems.
- Promote innovation within the AMS model to enhance efficiency and value delivery.

People Leadership
- Lead onsite and offshore delivery teams across functional and technical tracks.
- Manage performance, capability development, mentoring, and escalation resolution.


Practice & Organizational Contributions
- Support internal practice initiatives including recruitment, capability building, revenue growth, and margin optimization.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge enrichment within the SAP practice.
