Role Summary
Seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead large, multi-stream SAP initiatives for our Western Australian client. This role will oversee planning, delivery, coordination, and client stakeholders’ management for the SAP AMS / support and AD engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Program Governance- Oversee end to end delivery of SAP projects including AMS, AD and projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Client management- Engage customer stakeholders across IT and business to provide updates on ongoing engagements, get constant feedback, identify incremental business etc.
• Scope management- Understand scope as per the statement of Work and ensure delivery as per the contract. enable and effect changes to the contract as needed after discussions with various stakeholders.
• Setup Governance and Reporting framework for the SAP workstreams across different projects.
• Risk Management- Continuously identify risks that could impact the various projects and identify mitigation measures for the same.
• Innovation and Though leadership- Be abreast of SAP product roadmaps and support the customer in its SAP journey including upgrades, S/4HANA transformation, cloud adoption, and integration with operational systems etc.
• People management of the team including performance management, training and other concerns.
• Practice initiatives - Support practice initiatives like recruitment, revenue growth, margin improvements etc.
Required Qualifications:
• 18+ years of SAP experience, with specific experience of managing large SAP AMS / Support programs from a systems integrator perspective.
• Strong understanding of SAP functional and technical modules (e.g., PM, MM, FICO, EAM, SCM, SuccessFactors, Basis, Integration etc.).
• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA, BTP etc.
• Experience in managing Application Maintenance projects as a Service Delivery Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to manage onsite and offshore teams across tracks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in utilities, oil & gas, mining, or renewable energy sector.
• Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, ITIL, or SAP Activate.
