Role Description:
As a Senior Business Development Manager you will be involved in preparing account maps, account planning & review, opportunity Identification & Qualification, proposal development, Proposal Negotiation & Closure, Contracting & MSA, Account Mining, Account Operations and Relationship Management

Location: Singapore


Roles and Responsibilities:
Your role as a Senior Business Development Manager for Infosys Finacle will involve:

  • Hunting for new logos and farming key BFSI accounts of Infosys Finacle across Singapore - all key clients and with specific focus on new logo acquisition and expanding the Finacle footprint in existing accounts.
  • Finacle has solutions for most of the needs of a bank – Retail and Commercial Core Banking, Digital, Cash Management, Wealth Management, Treasury, Loan Origination, API HUB etc… so have widespread recognition and appreciation which makes the sales process easy to manage for the right candidate.

Skills/Competencies:
  • You will bring direct selling exposure and 15+ years of experience in handling accounts in the banking/ financial (BFSI) product domain.
  • You will be an expert in business development across banking software sales or banking consulting. Project implementation experience of core banking software will be an added advantage
  • Proficient and demonstrable experience in prospecting, qualifying, creating value-based demonstrations.
  • Sales professional with relevant experience in customised software solutions/ products Should also have an understanding / appreciation of software service business.
  • Industry recognized understanding of regulations, trends, and business processes.
  • Ability to do consultative selling of outsourcing services and IT Solutions.
  • Should have global market intelligence, knowledge of competitors’ products and future business plans.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills. The ability to display initiative and work in an unstructured environment is a must.
