Role Description:
In the role of Senior Consultant - OBP, you will be expected to have excellent knowledge of the OBP framework, with all artifacts and techniques. This role will interface with client and will involve coordinating people and projects.

Salary: AUD 108,571 – 119,893 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:In addition to compensation aligned with your role, you’ll have access to a wide range of benefits that support your health, career growth, and overall well-being (AU)
- 8+ years of development experience building production-grade applications using React, Next JS and Node.JS
- Develop responsive, modular UI components using ReactJS, Next.js, Material UI, and Styled Components.
- Build and maintain applications inside a NX monorepo architecture with shared libraries and optimized builds.
- Implement SSR, SSG, routing, and API endpoints using Next.js.
- Use SWR for efficient client-side data fetching and caching.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend microservices and RDS data sources.
- Develop backend services using Node.js / Express / Next.js API routes for REST-based integrations.
- Implement authentication and authorization flows using MSAL (Azure AD, OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
- Work with relational databases, write SQL queries, optimize schema, and manage connections with RDS.
- Ensure secure API integration, including token-based security and middleware validations.
- Maintain reusable UI components and documentation using Storybook.
- Write unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and MSW for mocking.
- Implement and maintain end-to-end tests using Playwright.
- Optimize web application performance, bundle sizes, rendering patterns, and API response times.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Participate in code reviews, enforce TypeScript standards, and maintain clean coding practices.
- Debug production issues across the stack (frontend, backend, build pipeline, and database).
- Work with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps) to maintain deployment flows.
- Ensure accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to translate Figma/UX designs into high-quality, pixel‑perfect components.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
